Does anyone know if Program Integrity only applies to User teams only?

It applies to CPU teams as well. Cuz someone said in their dynasty the Buckeyes got in trouble and that wasn't who they were controlling.

I wonder how often players are suspended for any amount of time because in real life, with the exception of FSU , teams only have 3-4 suspensions throughout the entire season (including theings like not starting or reduced reps). I hope you don't have to suspend somebody every other game.

as a current GA only 3 or 4 suspensions happen that u know of...their is alot more behind the scenes stuff that happens that not many know of...specially in the our conferance(sould tell u alot which one im talking about)...also not many teams actually do something about it specially big time skools..look at USC and how they handled Williams skipping practices..nobody ever knew about it, so most of it is behind close doors but when the ncaa committe finds out they make sure at least some sort of punishment is dished...most of the time is extra reps or at our program we most of the time make them do community service...ncaadoesnt not have a rule that u must bench people...some coaches do that out of their own "heart"
