What is the \"Agile Running System\"?

The EGM review praised the "Agile Running System". I didn't read the review, got it 2nd hand.

They mentioned earlier on in other reviews that you would not be able to just cut on a Dime like previous versions. But that certain players would be able to cut alot better than others. I think there will be a specific graphic for it as well as a rating. But dont quote me on that...

Does the current "Agility" rating have any impact at all? It doesn't seem to in 2004. In 2003, the "cut on a dime" effect was not nearly as bad as 2004.
