When you start a dynasty after playing a game, you can edit the players names by entering their real names? Can you do the same with the coaches names? If I can, how can I do it?

Yes, you can edit coach names in dynasty. Just go to the "Coach Central" tab and select Coach Info. You can choose any coach to edit from there, including their names.
