Starting a new dynasty looking for suggestions

Use my rosters to get players that look better and have tweaked ratings to be more accurate. If you use PS3 my gamer is MidMellow type that in at Roster Share.

Gonna do too good with them. It was too easy with me. Put up around 50 points per game. Shoulda gone with Kansas.

OK so I'm leaning away from the option now in coach mode seems my qb gets a lot of carries maybe be a te heavy team but I do love using the fb any suggestions?
