Flex/Wish playbook Sim?? SIAP

I have become very fond of these playbooks. My question regards the sim of said playbooks. Why is it the B-back/FB in these sets never resemble real life stats? The B-back is integral to Establishment of the FB/WB, yet you never see the stats resemble this. Is this more to do with the Agg/Con slider?
Running a custom FB/WB playbook with Wyoming, in year 2022, so the entire O is built to an option team.

Just ignore the OVR ratings and move a power back to the B back spot. They OVR rating takes a nose dive due to awareness.

It's not the ratie I'm worried about, just wondering how to get the FB more carries with the SIM. Have you ever seen the 2 A-Backs avg 18+ carries in the TO? The B-Back and QB should be only ones with those numbers.
