Flexbone Run and Shoot

I have fallen in love with this offense. The passing concepts of the run and shoot coupled with the triple option attack of the flexbone. It is unstoppable. Anyone who thinks differently can HMU on PSN. Same name as website user name

How did you setup the playbook?

Yes please elaborate. I always love seeing how people make things work. Also, what are you doing for QBs? Picking up scramblers or looking for the athletes?

It's basically the flexbone coupled with plays like 60 Go and 60 Choice. With the switch concept also being used. The QB can be any one. They have to abandon the box to stop the run and shoot passing concepts. So a QB with 65 speed can make 8 yard gains a pop.

How many formations do you use? I assume you stick with just a few like most Flexbone and R&S guys do.

Re: Flexbone Run and Shoot

Honestly. I run like 90% flexbone normal. I have other stuff but I don't feel it needed.

Awesome. I love the idea of using one formation for the vast majority of the offense. You can disguise everything much easier that way.

I never really like formationing people to death.

Basically, I'd rather use 1 formation with a bunch of plays than use a bunch of formations but only running a couple of concepts.

Re: Flexbone Run and Shoot

I think in real life, the formations are really a pain. However, the game will align somewhat perfectly against any formation you throw.
