When we played Arkansas and Air Force our star RB was hurt, and had to play with our second string QB... and for some reason when we go down to La-Monroe crap always happens to us... its a curse, but hey... A WIN IS A WIN! But Im not making excuses... expect better things out of us this year!

BTW, Yes some of the games are close... but the point is, we havent lost a conference game since 2001, and that is not easy to do in ANY conference. BTW, Memphis is a good team...they beat Ole Miss last yr. 3 bowl games in 3 yrs is not bad not matter what conference you are in.
We are building a new athletic center as we speak and a new stadium around the corner, we are an up and coming program. Last season we did beat Baylor 52-14, and Arkansas state by 40+ points...We had an All American DT last yr in Brandon Kennedy, and will have one this yr in Patrick Cobbs.

it dont matter about the win streak because the sun belt down right sucks. i mean i even think that my tarheels could win every game in that conference. and they are one of the worst teams in the acc.

AgiieJay are you are Texas A&M fan by any chance? If you are just a piece of info you might want to know OU beat A&M by 77 but we only beat UNT by 30. Not saying that UNT is better but they put up more of a fight than you guys did.

if you want to control Fresno and North Texas just make sure they never make it to a bowl (simulate them a bunch of losses for a few years, then their program will die). It's probably a good idea to start off doing that to Southern Miss, TCU, and Marshall as well.

I've never experienced any of those schools becoming perennial top 5 teams. North Texas and Fresno St. always become the best team because of the talent in Texas and California but also because their conference schedule is total joke. Once they reach 5 or 6 star prestige level, they get the same recruits as colleges like USC or Texas. But North Texas and Fresno don't play teams as hard as USC and Texas do.

I have no problem with them making runs at the NC every so often. But in every dynasty I've had in NCAA 2004, North Texas and Fresno St. win at least 50% of the national championships after a couple years.
