Just heard from the owner of Madden Nation that he went onto Xbox Live and the names do work. So no worries guys.

I never thought EA would allow roster names to work online with one system and not on another. This now seals the deal for me that I will be getting the Xbox version of NCAA. This is a big deal for me as I enjoyed seeing my player names online last year instead of #55 or #3. I thought I was going to have to stick with the PS2 version until I read this. Great news!!!

Yeah im glad it works cause chances are that I'm going to do my own rosters and I'll probably just do all the major teams but either way, after all that hard work, I'd at least like to see the names online.
