How are you PS2 owners doing with framerates and what not?

... thanks for testing this all out. I was planning on getting the Xbox version, but before I do, can you tell me, are any of the views other than NCAA cam good to play with? Whenever I played 2004 I just used the default cam (which I think was NCAA cam). Thanks man. Also, are you 100% sure no slowdown with any other view? Have you tried playing as Ohio State on other views? Thanks again.

if this is true, then that explains why I havent seen any slowdown. One of the first things I did was switch to Classic Cam.

ANY VIEW besides the Default view "NCAA Cam" has no slowndown on it.
I tried it with Ohio State and a couple others. Classic is pretty close to the same as NCAA view. Overhead, albeit a bit farther away from the field is playable too. You can see EVERYTHING going on. Kind of niffty.

I'll probably be playing with the Classic Cam.

I was looking at movies online and it seems hit and miss. I've seen slowdown in some of them and then none in others.

Thankfully Madden looks solid on both systems from current gameplay vidoes.

Kind of off topic but I hear people saying they control the cb's in the game, how? I can never see them on my screen is it a camera setting they are using? Do they just have a big tv, mine is 27 inch. Thanks! One negative is too many dropped passes, is this a bug? Hope not, love the box.

I'd say they're talkin' 'bout either... switching to player closest to the ball after the QB releases, or they're playin' on classic cam
