Um, created/edited players can be used online???

So I was finally excited to get some online action in this morning, as last night the servers were down. The first game I played I used Ohio State while my opponent chose Texas A&M. At the beginning of the game he went into the menu to make some lineup changes -- ALL of his players had 99 for ALL stats. He flipped between the QB/RB/WR and even the linemen...ALL of them had 99 in every stat.

My jaw dropped when I saw it, I tried to ask him about it over the headset but he evidently didnt have his plugged in. So we when ahead and started up the game, and I could definately tell immediately that his players were rated higher. They all moved very quickly, all of the backs/receivers etc. I was losing 28-0 at halftime, and lost the game 42-3.

Anyone else notice this yet, or have tried to use created/edited players online?

thats f'up thats cheating people like that will never lose they should just use the default rosters for everybody i havent experience that though but i understand your pain and i would be pisss

Was this on XBOX live or PS2 online?

WOW thats crazy if its true, dont know what to say on that one.

All I know, ask people from around here and most guys here are stright up and you should have no problem. I try not to play random people.

You see its a double edged sword, if they allow people to play with edited players than you can put the names in but you can also beef up everyone's stats too.

It was on XBox Live. I tested it out...I created-a-player with max stats and added him to OSU's roster...went online, and sure enough there he was.
