Yup, only in the offseason now. I rarely use it. I miss the promise system they used to have, but that's back when I didn't care for competition. I'd go undefeated 10 years in a row for 10 BCS titles, so I would always promise a national championship. Kind of lame...

These days I would have used some other promises, like:
-promise a game in the home state
-won't recruit a player of the same position
-No redshirt
-Promise conf championship in next 4 years

For the transfer guys, the only promise I can use is that they will start (since its the only reason I can keep them per my house rules anyway)
