Players Transfering to your School

I just started a new Dynasty. Gonna make this one a sim only Dynasty. I am Youngstown State. I simmed the first year and ended up 3 and something on the year.

What was cool though is right after the players leaving part of the off season a screen came up and showed to guys requesting to transfer to my school. One is QB #16 from West Virginia, Softmore RS QB with a 72 overall rating and the other is HB #42 from Buffalo, Junior RS HB with 76 overall rating.

Both of these guys are higher rated than anyone on my team. lol Just thought I'd share in case anyone was wondering if people do actually transfer to your school.

I went 11-2(LSU whipped my azz 56-3) with Bama with no SEC title but a bowl W over Michigan. After the season I had someone wanting to transfer. K#37 from Florida State. At the time he was a 74 OVR. After training he skyrocketed to an 85 OVR. He'll be a SO I think. My fullback transferred to Troy State. That pi$$ed me off really bad cuz he was an 82 OVR.

I didn't realize transfer players can not be added to the depth chart in their first year at your school. Guess I still have a lot to learn.

What are the exact rules on that, anyone?

Players have to sit out a year when transferring. I slapped a redshirt on one of my players that transfered to my school.

That's cool, I hadn't really gone thru many seasons, mainly just sims because I'm pretty much waiting to get my rosters back from www.ps2rosters.com but I can't wait to start a dynasty.

Good luck with YSU. My grandparents went there. I think Louis Irizarry just transferred there from Ohio State but in NCAA 05' he is still on OSU.
