game freezing?

Has anyone else had any issueing with the game freezing. I have the x-box version and have had the game feeze twice. Extremely annoying. Could signal the end of my playing this game if it continues. I can't spend an hour on a dynasty game only to have it freeze as the teams are walking off the field. Just curious if the has happened to anyone else.

I have had no DDE errors or game freezes on this year's version yet. I have a launch date Xbox and last year I would get a DDE/freezing of a game all the time. I have been playing the game non-stop since its release and nothing but smooth sailing for me...

Same problem on PS2. Game has froze 3 games in a row, all after punting in the first quarter. It's no longer annoying, its down right frustrating.

for me, it only freezes during online play.... its perfect offline.. i guess its a lag issue on my console... xbox

I actually called EA they say that the reason for this is due to created players or modified players. They told me to delete all of my modified files

I've had no problems with freezing or DDEs this year.

I do have a created player, I hope this is not the case, as it would mean the create a player feature is essentially useless.
