ONline Depth Charts?

I wonder, since the rosters of each individual seem to be uploaded for online play(which is how the names show up, I'm guessing), if I made a change to my offline depth chart, would it be reflected online as well? I hate having to use one of my pauses(and I'm sure it annoys the other player) to sub in my second string QB at the beginning of every play. Thanks for all responses.
