Do you guys want a passing tip?

Well, the biggest problem of mine were passes for players going over the middle (drags). The ball would always be thrown to far in front of the player...

So, just in case you guys haven't figured it out yet... when a player is running his drag route over the middle... pass the ball while holding the stick the OPPOSITE WAY HE IS RUNNING.... and fire the ball in there. The ball is thrown the way it was last year with a bit more effeciency, causing less drops and more completions.

You're welcome, but I think you should thank Pared for that.

Just wanted to add one thing. When hitting a reciever about 12+ yards down the field you can really zing it in there, whereas short routes take something off. In fact I have more success gunning it at medium to deeper routes then not because the DB's have time to knock it down and the recievers DO catch it this way.

Maybe its me, but I rarely use the stick to lead people this year. It seems like they have made it too powerful, so if you hit the stick to the right, the ball is way out in front of the receiver instead of him just having to stretch out for it. I was using it like I would last year in my first few games and it led to a lot of incompletions where the ball was 10 yards ahead of the receiver and i was left scratching my head. It works well on some routes, but Im not using it nearly as much this year.

I'll have to give that a try. With the sliders and holding the catch button down, my passing is realistic now.
