Coaching Philosiphy question

This is one thing I get lost on with these sliders....


For example with the run/pass slider.... if I lower it more to the left does that make me more run oriented or is it reverse and make me more pass oriented? And I assume the defensive run/pass coverage slider works the same way?

Left is more run (or run defense).

For aggression, right is more aggressive...which isn't always a good thing as the CPU will blitz to fault when defensive aggression is too high...

I thought the sliders were glitched and they were actually flipped from what they say.
