Has anyone here ruined their favorite team in dynasty just to take over with a new character and rebuild?

I never did that, Although I did rebuild a team or two that fell off.

I remember one dynasty I had and after getting tired of being almost too good, I did the coaching carousel and FSU had fallen to a 2 star low 70's overall. They were devoid of talent. And I did a lot custom conference realignment so every game was a big challenge for a few years with recruiting restrictions. It was kinda fun building them back up

not me, but I was lucky enough for them to fall after after 3-4 years. Boise State is my team, too good to start with. After a few years they struggled, went 5-7 and 4-8 back to back. Fired their coach and I got the job.

I usually take jobs at power 5 that start to struggle. Texas Tech always seems to go to the dumps in this game.

I was thinking eventually I would like to give a team the death penalty and try building them back up. I could either edit the rosters or sim seasons without recruiting. Not sure the best way to do it.

With the editor you can take away all of a team's scholarships

I'm guilty of editing Ohio State's star players injury rating down to 0. Even if I don't play them that year, I'll edit their quarterback, running back, receiver, etc injury rating to 0. With the lack of injuries in this game rarely does anything happen to them. But when it does it's so satisfying to know that at the very least I unconfirmed them lol
