Is there any way to get the CPU to reorder DC in a dynasty?

I recently decided to choose a few random recruits each season to bump up to have some breakout freshmen across the nation, but I guess the CPU orders their depth chart before preseason because all of the guys I edited are still behind lower ovr guys

EDIT: without the use of the editor (although I suppose I'd be interested to know if it is at least possible with the editor)
