I may have found a way to mod uniforms In NCAA 14

I would like to modify my game to update the Army Uniforms. In NCAA football 14 it just says “West Point” on the back and has the old logo. Not the new helmet shield and sword logo.

Well, I was able to successfully mod a jersey file for the RPCS3 emulator a few months ago. Basically, I know for a fact that we can do simple edits such as changing jersey colors (I just suck at it), and I know for a fact that the edited files can be run on the RPCS3 emulator. I never made a tutorial for this because the NCAA 14 isn't running fully on the RPCS3 emulator, and I am not sure how to mod the actual PS3 version of the game. Whenever the emulator is able to run the game fully, I will make a tutorial (I'll have to relearn the steps).

Also, the process involved a few tools:
quick bms, Noesis, photoshop/gimp were all used, and both quickbms and Noesis needed scripts to help unpack/repack the files.
