Make grad transfer eligible

I have searched the forum for this answer but haven't found a clear answer. I have successfully transferred some players to different schools with the editor. How do I make them eligible now?

I believe if you to the unknowns tab in DB Editor using Xan's dynasty config then go to the TRAN sub tab then change the TRYR column value to 0 for the player. Just a theory I am currently testing out grad transfer stuff and haven't got to this part yet.
