Which year had the best game?

I remember having tons of fun with NCAA 11. Tebow on the cover.

Was that the best one? Or what do you consider the best version last gen?

Also, does teambuilder work on any of the last gen NCAA games?

I remember 2009 being great. Great gameplay, lots of features.
