Question for those who have played 6 or more Dynasty years in NCAA 14

I have played several dynasties in NCAA but have never stuck it out past year five. But what I'm noticing is that every team gets progressively better in terms of ratings, due to the training results being, in my opinion, overdone. Is there a point where most teams are rated in the 90s and nobody is rated in the 60s or even 70s anymore? Or will teams actually regress in the future?

teams rise and fall, in fact I have found the teams can all actually get worse if you aren't careful when recruiting. I try to limit myself and not take more recruits than Ineed to keep other teams competitive. If you don't govern yourself, you'll end up cutting 10-12 guys that could help make other teams . If you are playing a dynasty by yourself, this isn't as big a deal but for multiplayer/multi teams it can get out of control quick. Basing this off of 70-75 seasons worth of dynasties.

I'm in year 8 and am seeing the same as you.

I do have a question on progression for anyone who knows.
How does it work? Do 6 star teams progress more over 1 star teams? I haven't looked into it.

Yes, player development depends on prestige. And yes teams rise and fall. Bama and FSU included (lol)

The longest I've gotten is I think 14 seasons maybe? Maybe 12. Teams definitely rise and fall. Early on it seems OSU and A&M win a lot. And Iowa always seems to start competing for championships within 5 years lol.

I've had two really long running dynasty's on NCAA 14 and I will echo that Iowa becomes a power for some reason. Once Jerry Kill was fired from Minnesota and ended up at Iowa and they were a top 10 team for the rest of his career, winning no less than 9 games each season after his first. In a separate dynasty, Bret Bielema was axed at Arkansas and turned Iowa into a national power, too.

I started writing some story lines for this Dynasty I just started and I've been way more interested in it, it makes me want to come home from work and play allows me to write the stories at work, so basically I get paid for making the game less boring to me. It's definitely fun to bring up some crazy backstory for the coach, makes it feel more authentic. You really get into it more. I wish I could figure out how to post it in the dynasty sections here haha.
