For CPU controlled teams in dynasty mode, do they use the head coach or coordinator's scheme/playbook for offense and defense?

Head Coach; Auburn in my dynasty is running the option because Niumatolo is their HC and that's his playbook. Their OC has a Pro Style playbook.

I thought it was dependent on what kind of coach the HC is, offensive or defensive. For instance, if it's a defensive HC, they run his defense and the OC's offense.

If this is true, how am I suppose to find out what type of coach the head coach is?

I wondered about this for the longest time, when I was playing '14. I thought this as well, but noticed that it didn't always align. I started thinking that it might have something to do with coach prestige and/or coach prestige in conjunction with whether the HC's strength was offensive or defensive. Never fully found my answer.

GT, you can find out which type they are by going in to edit the coach. It will be a little green/red slider near the bottom; green for offense, red for defense.
