Is there a way to see a full view of a player in his team uniform after he is on a team, like when you create a prospect?

Go to Edit Roster and select the player(s) to edit.

I highly recommend just sitting down and taking like 2 minutes out of your day to look at the menus in the game. It will help you answer a lot of the questions you've asked around here.
