Could it be more than coincidence that there is a max of 30 rows for 15 teams and that THP said that the max value for CFPT is 15 as well?

Yeah the only thing throwing me for a loop is NCAA 12 has the same value and yet all the rows populate. So maybe it's something else that unlocks all the rows?

give me a dynasty file, there's actualy a value in the table that says how many rows there are. if one changed that i wonder if it would unlock the rest
