NCAA Football 21 - How to Finally Mod NCAA 14

Finally was able to get this modded file into the game. For the past year, I couldn't re-import this jersey for some reason, and had to settle for simply changing the color of the original file. Feels so good to finally be able to see the finished product in game.

Imagine if I actually knew how to use photo editing software

If you do have to end up switching to PS3, you can easily move all your dynasty and other save files over to PS3 (or RPCS3) very easily. If either of you decide to go down that road just let me know and I'll help you out!

This is game changing.. now if only i had a ps3.

Is it possible to make these kinds of changes with just the DB editor or is a photo editor necessary. Also are the steps the same if you don't want to use an emulator and just play the came on my PS3. Really confused here.

I believe the short answer is modified games have to be played on modified consoles or the PC Emulator. To try and load them on unmodified consoles the files will show as corrupt.
