How To Create New TeamBuilders in NCAA Football 14

I updated the OP with new instructions on how to add a less customizable teambuilder team to your already created dynasty. I just thought that I would bump this so that people like me who are constantly losing and gaining interest in their dynasty based on new discoveries in modding can see that you don't need to restart your dynasty to get a base teambuilder team.

Are the FCS logos originally usable in TeamBuilder available in the database, or only if somebody created a team with them?

It looks like people imported their own less-than-great logos instead of just using the FCS logos available for some reason, and it renders those teams unusable for me.

Thanks for the thread. Does anyone know how to edit the pipeline states?

sorry for the double post, but i forgot to add that I tried changing the home towns of the players on my team, but the dynasty show's that the pipeline will be added next season, as apposed to my current one. Also do the sanctions still work, how do you set them, and how do they manifest in the game? Sorry for all the questions, and thank you in advance.

You don't. Its based on your existing players hometowns. You can create yourself a pipeline state by changing your existing players home states to that state. As far as I know its nothing hard coded into the saves.

Pretty sure the sanctions just take away scholarships but I haven't ever messed with it.
