Some Defense Tips 3-3-5 and 4-2-5???

Okay, so I know this is probably somewhere here. If you have any tips, just let me know. I need to know what type of players needed and their required attributes to run a 4-2-5 and maybe 3-3-5. I feel that 4-2-5 with four linemen would be better. Which is easier to get pressure on the QB? Also, which is easier to find the best players for? Many thanks.

I tend to play more of a 3-3-5 defense because I like having that hybrid S/LB on the field. I typically try to find a safety that's a hard hitter, has size and can cover. The rest of the players I stick with the typical coverage secondary, speed LBs and big, block shedding linemen.

4-2-5 is all about recruiting the SS position. They are your LB/Safety hybrids that will provide a good chunk of the run support. LB wise I personally recruit one big run stopper and one coverage guy.
