Drums in crowd on FUT

It used to be that all you had to do was have a badge from the South American teams to get the drums and music... Now it doesn't seem to be the case. But it is there and I heard it.

Does anyone know how to get it this year?

Other than the annoying drums at MLS games I noticed drums in FIFA 16 a lot playing in the Bundesliga. It may be worth a shot.
