Career Mode Help: Club Worth

Year two of my career mode with Brighton. One of my goals is to increase the worth of the club by 30% within 2 years. So far It has not increased at all, despite finishing second in the Championship and being promoted to the Premier League.

What am I missing here? How do you increase the worth of your club?

On going issue we're all having; it seems you simply can't increase value.

Might help to switch to Fifa 16 where they don't have stupid goals that don't work

My value increased from 1,6 to 1,9 billion I think after winning the CL in the first year.

Then I got the goal for my 2nd year to increase value by 10% over the next 3 years.

I'm half way through the season and the value right now is at 2,2 but the goal still states i've only reached 30% of the objective.

Either it's broke or I really need some math lessons

not true i gto Morecambe from like 13 mil now to 40 mill in 2 seasons. but my problem is i haven't seen a decent increase in transfer budget

I've had more difficult with my youth squad goals.


My first was earn 2.5 million from a youth player sale. I did it. It didn't register.


2nd was too earn 15 million total from youth player sales. I did it. It said I didn't.


Its pretty frustrating.

To increase your club worth, all you have to do is sell a couple players and make a bunch of money. You'll easily achieve that goal.

Sell a player for $20 Million for instance and watch your club worth shoot up.

I thought this entire goal was bugged but actually it works in the end. I had a goal of 20% growth over two years and although I grew 40% for two years it still said I was at 0% of goal. Then.... after I completed my second season I got a message saying thank you for growing the club etc. I hit the goal. The error seems to happen in that although you may have grown the club your percentage doesn't grow until your "projected" club worth is actually realized at the end of the season.
