Youth Player Commentary Name

I just purchased FIFA 17 and can't play the game yet cause I'm out of town.

I would love to do a career mode with all youth players by the January transfer. Does the commentator says youth scouted players name in FIFA 17? That would kill my career mode if they didn't say the players name.

What are the best regions to scout to find players with commentary names?

As far as I have experienced the commentators don't say any names, no matter how common they are.
