    Do any of the manager avatars resemble any real life managers? Im trying to make my career as realistic as possible. Would like to have a real life coach who resembles the avatar. Thanks in advance.

      Not that i know of. They've been this generic for years now.

          The younger black manager avatar looks a bit like Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink- he's at Northampton Town, you have some time before he gets fired again.

          The old manager with white (not grey) hair could pass for Jupp Heynckes
