How many minute halves is the quick sim?

I am trying to get realistic shot attempts for these sims. I set time to 20 minutes and when I watch the simulation the clock zooms by regardless of what I set it on. Played games it works fine.

So how many minutes am I actually seeing here? It feels like 5min halves just watching it simulate. Is this normal and just how it is supposed to be?

The new sim is 2x speed. So, the match ends in half the time. I would increase the match time to see more shots.

Even at 20min halves the sim speed is the same, or so it seems. That's my question. Is it set to 5min halves by default and you can't change it?

Or are you saying 20min is basically 10min halves in the sim? If so, I don't see it. Maybe it's broken and needs to be patched?

I've seen this as well, the sim speed is insane no matter how long your halves are set to. 5 minute half or 20 you get the same results. I doubt it will be something that is patched just based off past history.

According to EA, 20 minutes should be 10 minutes in sim. Maybe, EA does need to patch this along with so many other things...

Yeah definitely not working right. I timed it with a stopwatch and each half lasted like 4 minutes of real time. I was finished with every match in under 10 minutes easily.
