EA PLEASE PATCH THIS GAME

UPDATE:

I have found I'm having more enjoyable games by downgrading the difficultly level to semi-pro and making everything manual.

It keeps the game challenging but not "break my controller" challenging.

I'm having close games too, which is something I didn't have before on Semi-Pro.

I've tried this too - Semi-Pro is way too easy when I tried it a couple weeks ago - maybe I should give it another go, you reckon? You put shooting on Manual as well?

Man - we are going great lengths to try to enjoy this game, I honestly do not want to give up - so I am open to anything.

I'm sorry but this happens to everyone. The side-step glitch occurs to everyone who plays, so while it may cost you at times, it's probably saved you as well. Should it be in the game? No. Is it frustrating when it happens? Yes. But you shouldn't cry over a loss over one play. You have 89 other minutes to score a goal.

Well if that's your mind set you can say that about every glitch. I'm allowed to complain about a glitch that ruins the game, because that's what people are supposed to do when they see one. And I don't have 89 other minutes to "score a goal," because it doesn't happen once. It's all the time.

Also, the fact that it happens to everyone makes it even less tolerable. I actually get pissed off when it happens to my opponent because if we're both using headsets, and my opponent complains about how he should have scored a goal, I would side with him and say "ok, fine, i'll score on my own net."

This glitch clearly ruins the game...there isn't much more to be said.

Doesn't ruin the game for me because.... it's never happened in any of my games, to me or my opponent.

I would give it a go with manual everything....try it out and see if you like it.

It's greatly improved the game for me...
