I've only had the opportunity to take one penalty kick, but I noticed that it's been tweaked from last year. I tried to move the stick to the upper left corner. Last year it would head for the upper corner of the goal. When I did it this time, the ball went high and to the left, but it only headed left, not far left. It was blocked. Shooting was adjusted this year, so I guess I'll just have to play with it.

L1 is for chip shots and R1 is for "softer" shots but easier to aim.

Of course you can try without these buttons and shot hard with only the shot button.
