Formation Bug?

Whenever I edit a formation, save it, and then continue to the "squad" screen, the positions are never updated and player ratings are all messed up. For example, trying to change Cisse's position to a RS from a LS will lead to a ratings change for some reason, and his rating is the same for both positions normally. However, when I quit out of the team management and go right back into the "squad" screen everyone is updated and all ratings are good.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

any time you create a custom formation it seems that it changes their "expereince" rating for some reason.
