Can you edit the FA's name and appearance after you sign them? Thanks a bunch.

Also, with the player progression what it is...at what overall level should I stop prgressing my players so I don't dominate the Premiership (once I get there). I don't want to progress my players to a point where they have overall ratings greater than all of the top Premiership teams.

I don't think you can edit them. Not even their number. If you don't want to dominate the league just keep your team rating at four stars. Although it really is about how well you play the game.
