Last year most if not all language packs were free of charge, minus
a second set of English commentary. How much will this game cost?

$60 (game)
$10 (live season)
$4 (Dutch, Spanish, German, Italian commentary packs [don't need Czech, Hungarian, Swedish, Polish, etc])

Grand total... $74 != $100
