Squad problems with custom team tactics.

My squad file is one annoying factor of this game.
I did a makeover of all the premier league tactics.
Everything looked good and the auto save is set to off.
I made to saves of the squad file. (one backup).
I turned off my Xbox and the next day I went into my editing again, to finish
all my custom tactics.
The team I had allready fixed had suddenly many Goalkeepers with rating 0, and all of the best players was gone. Only some players where still on the team, but all ratings was way off.
I loaded the backup, and the problem was there too.

Do you know why this happen and maybe how to solve this game breaking problem?
Maybe it is my profile that is corrupt or something. I dont know..
