When you're watching the video on EASW click on the little facebook or myspace link under the video. A little popup appears and the embed code is at the bottom. Copy and paste from there.

hmmmm yep I did that...I have read that other people have problems getting videos to embed if they are using Internet Explorer and that's what I'm using so idk...
