Captain Your Country Mode Q?

I am loving this mode, even though the player progression is kinda weak. I would like to know if I could up the difficulty without having to start over? Also, is there a way to see the opposing teams roster and perhaps their overall rating?

You should be able to up the difficulty, on the screen with 'play match' there's a 'game settings' option with difficulty options there. I've not played CYC myself so I'm not 100% sure, but it's like that in other modes.

As for looking at other team's ratings, I'm not sure you can actually.

When I do captain your country and I try to do training it wont let me do set pieces or anythin like that. I cant do free kicks with a wall and all the choices on the menu are blanked out. Do u know why this is?
