Teams with special World Cup Celebration Commentary?

One of the coolest things in the game is when you win the World Cup, and the commentators have unique lines for the teams that win it. I wanted to know what teams have the special commentary for winning the World Cup.

Ones I know that do from experience:

Argentina
Brazil
England
Spain
U.S.

I haven't won the World Cup with many more teams so your help would be great as I wanted to beat it with the teams that do have the special commentary.

Italy has special commentary as well.

I'm not sure but I think Uruguay has it too. I haven't win yet but during the qualifiers I keep hearing specific comments about Uruguay and its history

I've only won with the US and Ireland, I was shocked that with an Irish color guy there was no special commentary for Ireland.
