Why should a casual WC 2010 player buy FIFA 11?

Would FIFA '11 have the international teams to play in a tournament?

Of course, they always have this option. You can recreate the World Cup if you want to.

Then it would be worth it for FIFA '11 with both options for Club teams and International teams.

Hey man, just to let you know...The last FIFA game I bought was 09, so maybe things have changed since, but FIFA only has so many international teams. Now, if you want to play as the "big" footballing nations, then FIFA will fill your appetite; if you want to play as the minnows then you'll have less to choose from.

I find FIFA to be a much smoother game, while WC seemed a bit choppy to me and you are punished less for your mistakes.

This is the only reason why I'm not getting the FIFA games. I might only get World Cup games until Honduras is included in one.

With the online creation center and the ability to share created teams, there's going to be plenty of people making countries and leagues that aren't included in the game (ie the Russian, Greek, Argentinian leagues, plus teams like Honduras, Ivory Coast and MLS expansion teams). People do really good jobs with these and the ratings/looks are often better. I'd say this is one giant reason why I'm buying FIFA 11
