Player Growth is messed up

In career mode, player growth is totally screwed up.

My guy has high potential and plays every game.
Ends up with a -2 growth.
Another similar guy has -1.
They are all young players too.

How are we supposed to groom the young players if they have high potential and still get negative growth??

more detail - are they being played regularly?

I'm curious to see what attributes they're gaining and losing, though.

I was really worried about this. EA haven't put much into player growth in previous FIFA's and I was hoping for some improvement this year. Guess we still have to wait a year or two for a perfect manager mode.
