Problems with 2nd Controller???

Hi,

I've had FIFA for a while and have played it with both controllers I own (separately) with no problems. However, whenever I play two player with a friend the 2nd controller in the game gets all weird. My friend's player will randomly slide and pass even if he's not hitting the button. The majority of problems seem to come when he is pressing the sprint button and trying to do something else (i.e. pass, shoot, lob pass, push the ball ahead, etc.) We've checked and doublechecked the controller's configuration and everything is identical to controller one. Any suggestions??

P.S. We are usually playing on the same team.

Tell him to stop sitting on your lap as the wireless signals are crossing. Ok, just kidding. If you positive the controller is not the issue, sometimes if you are too close this can happen and also the amount of clear space the console has between you both. Try rearranging your playing space and checking the clear path between he and the console.

Sounds like that could be the problem. We sit kinda diagonally from each other so it's very possible that the wireless signals are crossing. Thanks so much for your help! We'll test the theory out next time we play.
