Just thought I'd ask the question as this is one of the things I'm most excited about for offline franchise in Madden 12. Opens up a whole host of neat options and frankly, if progression of certain players isn't going how you think it should, you have the option of tweaking it anytime. Although a well-thought-out and well-tested progression formula for players in FIFA would be a huge win, I'd still like to see editing opened up to ratings in CM. Traits would be nice as well.
