There was a key moment in there where he said "you can make loan offers for players that are not for loan and transfer offers for players that aren't for transfer"
That's a great tweak that was sorely missing from FIFA 11. My only concern is that they also fix the problem of not being able to loan for successive seasons, and not being able to transfer in a player after you've had them on loan.
