I doubt it will for FIFA 11, so you'll probably have to wait until F12 to get it. I'm still playing it now, and I'd be grateful if anyone could direct me to a site that I can download the PS3 rosters to a memory stick.

I don't think they've ever done this, so I almost certain the answer is no.

On a related note, if you do any transfers yourself, you can still use that roster online (at least in custom matches). I played a fellow OSer last night using my updated Arsenal squad with Mertesacker, Santos, Arteta, and Gervinho in the starting lineup. He had Friedel in goal for Spurs.

And if you're wondering, the result was...
