What are the symbols at the bottom of each players card when looking at your squad? On the right is a shoe that is usually green and to the left of that is a rectangle with holes in it that is either green or red. What do these mean?

Shoe is position, the rectangle is formation.

How close you have that player playing to his proper position or formation determines the color.
