Quick question as this is the first year I bought Fifa. I created a virtual pro but would like to start a career game with him not in it. Everytime I start a career he shows up on my Liverpool team. Is there a way to stop this?

Just throw him on the Reserve squad.

I would not like to do that as I might start a save not as Liverpool and he might show up later down the road.

Just edit your virtual pro and put him on another team. Wouldn't that solve the problem?

You have the option to choose before staring the mode. Pick to not include him.
